The UN’s education, science and culture organization (UNESCO) is calling all interested candidates to apply for one of the scholarships given by the government of China in multiple areas, in the academic year 2019/2020. IT is a scholarship program intended for students of a certain number of countries, among which is Montenegro, and those countries may suggest two candidates at most, one of whom should be a woman.

General conditions:

  • Candidates need to be citizens of a country other than China;
  • Candidates should have:
  • an Undergraduate studies diploma and be younger than 35 years, if applying for Master’s studies,
  • a Master’s studies diploma and be younger than 40 years of age, if they are applying for doctoral studies.

Application procedure

Interested candidates should:

  • Contact their national UNESCO cooperation commissions,
  • Contact the desired Chinese university in order to obtain the “Pre-Admission Letter”, after which the candidates will receive the “Award Letter” from UNESCO marking them as possible candidates,
  • Complete the online procedure, in order to log in and submit the full online application.
