Professors of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​participated in the ARSUM25 conference organized by the University "Mediterranean" Podgorica in cooperation with the international magazine Cultural Trends.

On the first day of the conference, dean prof. Olena Lilova, and vice dean, assistant professor. Tamara Jovović, presented a paper on "Shakespeare in Contemporary Montenegrin Theatre". In a parallel session on the same day, assistant professor Lejla Zejnilović and professor Vesna Tripković-Samardžić gave a presentation entitled "Framing and the EU's Cultural Policies: A corpus-based analysis of the EU's strategic framework through the lens of dominant frames".

In addition to participating by presenting the scientific works, professors Zejnilović, Tripković-Samardžić, Jovović, as well as professor Milena Dragutinović, had the honor of moderating individual sessions during both days of the conference.

The closing of the ARSUM25 international conference was marked by the presentation of the English translation of the monodrama "Regina Jelena" by Dr. Marija Sarap. This large, successful translation endeavor was carried out by fourth-year students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​under the mentorship of Professor Dragana Čurović.

Professor and Dean, Olena Lilova, author Dr. Marija Sarap, as well as three of the six students who worked on the translation: Tijana Prelević, Isidora Đurović and Emina Ljiković spoke about the translation process, its challenges, and interesting translation solutions.
