Certificate award ceremony for micro-course participants

On April 16, 2026, a formal certificate award ceremony was held at the “Mediterranean” University for participants of the courses “Micro-course for Developing MOOC Courses in Montenegro” and “Fundamentals of Blended Learning.” This activity was carried out within the Cred4Teach project, which responds to the contemporary needs of higher education institutions in Albania, Montenegro, and Ukraine for high-quality, inclusive, and flexible training programs focused on developing diverse teaching competencies.

Certificates Awarded to Participants of the Tourist Guide Training Program

At the University “Mediterranean” on September 15, six certificates were awarded to participants of the tourist guide training program organized by the University “Mediterranean” in cooperation with the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro. The participants who successfully completed the training are: Nina Radulović, Emina Ljiković, Ezrema Ćorović from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and Nina Jelić, Jelena Đurović, and Anđela Bečić from the Faculty of Tourism at the University “Mediterranean.”

Professors of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​participated in the ARSUM25 conference organized by the University "Mediterranean" Podgorica in cooperation with the international magazine Cultural Trends.

Online Seminar on "English Renaissance Literature"

As part of the International English Literature Project, organized by the Department of English Philology at the State Pedagogical University of Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, an international online seminar on “English Renaissance Literature” took place on March 26. From the Faculty of Foreign Languages, first-year students Abdel Alomerović, Irina Bulatović, Nina Radulović, and Teodora Simić participated in the event. The representatives from the State Pedagogical University of Kryvyi Rih included Irina Drukar, Tetjana Pahlan, and Jevgen Lemiš.

Guest lectures within the scope of the international project (International English literature project)

In the scope of the international project (International English literature project) between the Department of English Philology of the University of Kryvyi Rih in Ukraine and the Faculty of Foreign Languages, two online guest lectures were held.

KICK-OFF MEETING OF THE DilanNEdu-WB PROJECT

From January 23 to 25, 2025, the kick-off meeting for the ERASMUS+ CBHE (2024) project Digital Transformation in Language Learning and Education in the Western Balkans was held at LOGOS University College in Tirana. At the meeting, the partner institutions in the project, the goals of the project, as well as the work packages of the project were presented.

DAYS OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION AT THE FACULTY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

As part of the "Days of Science and Innovation" festival, which was held today at our Faculty on the topic of "Olympic Games through Anglophone Culture" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science, we were pleased to host students from secondary schools in Bijelo Polje: "Miloje Dobrašinović" High school and Secondary School of Electrical and Economic trades.

PROMOTION OF THE "THEATRE IN MONTENEGRO" MONOGRAPH AT THE FACULTY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

It was an honour having the opportunity today to promote a publication of national importance and of public interest for the culture of Montenegro, the theatre anthology "Theatre in Montenegro" by Slavojka Marojević, a long-time editor for the publishing department of Nikšić Theatre, in the premises of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University "Mediterranean" Podgorica.
