On April 16, 2026, a formal certificate award ceremony was held at the “Mediterranean” University for participants of the courses “Micro-course for Developing MOOC Courses in Montenegro” and “Fundamentals of Blended Learning.” This activity was carried out within the Cred4Teach project, which responds to the contemporary needs of higher education institutions in Albania, Montenegro, and Ukraine for high-quality, inclusive, and flexible training programs focused on developing diverse teaching competencies.
Through an innovative approach, the project develops short MOOC programs—so-called micro-credentials—with the aim of enhancing the professional development of teachers at all levels of education, from primary to higher education. These courses were organized and delivered as pilot programs and represent the first micro-credentials introduced in Montenegro. The courses were organized and led by: Prof. Dr. Maja Delibašić, Assist. Prof. Dr. Tamara Jovović, and Assist. Prof. Dr. Ivana Vukčević.
The programs were completed by primary and secondary school teachers from across Montenegro, as well as academic staff from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the “Mediterranean” University, further strengthening cooperation between different levels of education.
